05. Setting up modules import land load attribute data into Excel file exported from gCadas service construction general database

Abstract

Building data of land plot attributes is one of the important contents in the process of building a cadastral database. After normalizing the spatial feature classes (DGN) according to the requirements of the cadastral data standard using the specialized software MicroStation Vi8, proceed to merge the total Topology (GTP), export the total attribute Excel file from gCadas, import information attribute information from the scan profile. The process of entering land plot attributes, if done manually, will not be effective, the input time is long, it is easy to make mistakes, errors, and the inspection and query work is also limited. An effective solution to overcome the above limitations is to set up Modules with the following applications: input data of land plot properties; capture data from image files; check, detect and correct duplicate errors. The results achieved are to maximize labor productivity, reduce working time, contribute to reforming administrative procedures, increase transparency, and promote the application of information technology in State management of land.
