07. Applying AHP method for detail risk levels by landslide in Nha Trang city
Abstract
Recently, landslide in Nha Trang city has occurred more and more caused great damage. However, risk levels by landslide in the Decision 18/2021/QD-TTg on April 22nd 2021 of The Prime Minister isn’t detailed so it is difficult to warn risk levels and preparedness, response to landslide in the locality. Therefore, establishing risk levels map by landslide by heavy rain in Nha Trang city which is very necessary. This research, risk levels in Nha Trang is established from natural map, landuse map, rainfall data and sociological survey data. Geological, topographical, soil, forest maps and rainfall data are used to establish hazard map; Combine with sociological survey data and landuse maps were used to establish landslide risk index map which is used by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The weights of components in the AHP were tested with the heaviest rainfall in 2018. Sufficiently reliable weights in the AHP is used to establish a risk index map and detailed risk levels based on Decision 18/2021/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister and statistical method.
