13. Results of land database management and mining in Long Thanh district, Dong Nai province
Abstract
According to research, Long Thanh district uses land management software (DNAI.LIS) for building and extracting land databases. There are a total of 1,814 initial dossiers for the granting of land use right certificates from 2019 to 2021, totaling 2,843,860.6 m2 split among 14 communes/towns. There were 63,279 records for a total of 13 different variance categories within this period. Administrative processes received the greatest rating (4.37) while facilities received the lowest rating in the professional staff's evaluations of four categories (2.77). Both advantages and drawbacks are associated with land database extraction and management. As a result, synchronous solutions, which may be divided into 5 categories - administrative procedures, human resources, facilities, extracting and updating processes on the land plot, and finance solutions - must be put into place to address local challenges.
