Evaluation of the actual status of operation of the branch of land registration office in Truc Ninh district, Nam Dinh province

Abstract

Research, evaluate the current situation, and propose solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the land registration office branch in Truc Ninh district, Nam Dinh province. Research methods include collecting secondary and primary data, statistics, synthesis, and data processing according to a 5-level Likert scale to evaluate the performance of land registration office branches. Research results show that the land registration office still lacks equipment, machinery, and is still cramped, and records are not regularly updated. According to people's survey results, 1/8 criteria were rated at a very high level; 3/8 criteria were rated at a high level; 4/8 criteria were at an average level. The adjustment results of officials with 1/8 of the standards are evaluated at a very high level; 2/8 criteria are rated at a high level; 3/8 criteria are rated at an average level; 2/8 criteria are rated at a low level. From there, the research proposed 03 solutions to improve the operational efficiency of the land registration office branch in Truc Ninh district, Nam Dinh province.
