Abstract
Land-attached assets play an important role in land management. However, up to now, land-attached assets under the ground have not been measured, established, and stored in the cadastral database; The method of receiving, processing, presenting, and managing in the database has not yet been established. This issue greatly impacts the management and registration of land-attached assets of state agencies. Therefore, acquiring, processing, and integrating land-attached asset data with the existing 2D database is an important and indispensable part. The article provides technical regulations on integrating land-attached assets data in three-dimensional space with the existing 2D database. The issuance of technical regulations on integrating data on land-attached assets in three-dimensional space meets the urgent need to update and enrich data information, creating comprehensive and accurate information sources to serve the exploitation, management, and registration of land-attached assets of current state agencies.
