13. Solutions for developing military cultural value for students at Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment in the coordinated approach

Abstract

Building a cultural environment is a very important part of the entire Party and political works of our army because it will create the best humane and creative environment possible to form and perfect valuable qualities. Each soldier in the army is a place where not only all healthy cultural activities take place, but also through which to practice political bravery, and cultural and moral qualities in each soldier. The cultural environment at Hanoi University of Natural Resources and Environment has been and is being built to be the successor and promote the quintessence of traditional military cultural values of the nation. It is the tradition of “Unlimited loyalty to the Party, the fatherland and the people, solidarity, exemplariness, loyalty, and creativity”. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the regular issues to promptly perceive and thoroughly resolve the conflicts in the process of promoting, so that cultural values can be shined based on science.
