RESEARCH ON THE CURRENT SITUATION OF TEACHING MANAGEMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION APPROACHING PHYSICAL CAPACITY AT VIETNAM NATIONAL UNIVERSITY, HANOI

Abstract

Based on theoretical and practical research on Physical Education teaching management activities at Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU) according to the competency approach. The results show that the current status of management work on innovating objectives, content, methods, forms, evaluation and conditions for organizing physical education teaching according to the competency approach to meet the requirements of basic and comprehensive innovation in education requires strengthening the work of fostering and self-training to develop teaching capacity for lecturers, creating motivation for lecturers to promote a sense of responsibility in teaching, and increasing investment in facilities to serve teaching physical education.
