Abstract

Improving the quality of education and training of high-quality human resources is a key focus for achieving breakthroughs in the strategy for developing science, technology, renovation and national digital transformation. This article analyzes and evaluates the achievements and limitations and proposes recommendations to improve the quality of education and training of high-quality human resources to meet the requirements for developing science, technology, renovation and national digital transformation in Vietnam in the coming time.
