Giải pháp phát huy nguồn lực trong phát triển kinh tế - xã hội vùng dân tộc thiểu số tỉnh Đăk Lăk

Tóm tắt: Đắk Lắk là một tỉnh miền núi thuộc khu vực Tây Nguyên, nơi có đông đồng bào dân tộc thiểu số sinh sống. Tỉnh có nhiều nguồn lực ở cả góc độ nguồn nhân lực, nguồn vật lực và nguồn tài lực. Tỉnh Đắk Lắk đã và đang huy động các nguồn lực nhằm thúc đẩy phát triển vùng dân tộc thiểu số, giúp đời sống của người dân nơi đây có nhiều cải thiện. Tuy nhiên, đời sống của người dân tộc thiểu số tại Đắk Lắk vẫn còn rất khó khăn so với mặt bằng chung của cả nước. Để có thể thúc đẩy kinh tế - xã hội vùng dân tộc thiểu số phát triển, Đắk Lắk cần có các giải pháp để phát huy hiệu quả nguồn lực. Trên cơ sở Nghị quyết số 39-NQ/TW Bộ Chính trị về nâng cao hiệu quả quản lí, khai thác, sử dụng và phát huy các nguồn lực của nền kinh tế, bài viết này đề xuất một số giải pháp nhằm phát huy hiệu quả nguồn lực vùng dân tộc thiểu số tại tỉnh Đắk Lắk ở ba góc độ là nguồn nhân lực, nguồn vật lực và nguồn tài lực.

Abstract: Dak Lak is a mountainous province in the Central Highlands, where many ethnic minorities live. The province has many resources in terms of human resources, material resources and financial resources. Dak Lak province has been mobilizing resources to promote the development of ethnic minority areas, helping to improve the lives of people here. However, the lives of ethnic minorities in Dak Lak are still very difficult compared to the general level of the country. In order to promote the socio-economic development of ethnic minority areas, Dak Lak needs solutions to effectively promote resources. Based on Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW of the Politburo on improving the efficiency of management, exploitation, use and promotion of economic resources, this article proposes a number of solutions to effectively promote resources in ethnic minority areas in Dak Lak province in three aspects: human resources, material resources and financial resources.
