A theoretical study on green human resource management in enterprises
Abstract
The global rise of the market economy has led to an increasing focus on the field of business management. This involves deliberate actions that aim to achieve not only financial gains and economic success, but also positive social and environmental outcomes. The adoption of sustainable development is becoming imperative in the contemporary world. Consequently, environmental and social concerns related to the color green have become widespread in contemporary society. Effective utilization of environmentally conscious employees is crucial for managers to successfully attain their objectives of promoting long-term corporate sustainability. Green human resources refer to environmentally conscious efforts in the field of human resources that aim to increase resource sustainability. This study aims to analyze the theoretical aspects of green human resources management and identify the factors that impact this practice inside an organization.
