Human resource development policy of Vietnam aviation – current situation and solutions

Abstract

    Young lecturers participating in scientific research will be able to assert themselves, gain a specific knowledge of theirprofessional teaching and other specialties, and timely supplement their knowledge in the lecture. The lecturers scientific research capacityis addressed in three aspects: knowledge, skills and attitudes. Young lecturers are having difficulty participating in scientific research, thereare no specific criteria for assessment. Therefore, young lecturers need to be supported to improve their research capacity.
