Gender Differences in Work-Family Conflict
Abstract
Work Family Conflict wereinterpreted by the role theory as individuals are pressured from multiple roles both at homeand in the workplace, especially women. Moreover, the theory of scarcity suggests that human needs and wants are infinite, whileresources are finite. Work Family Conflicts are considered on three dimensions: Time, stress, behavior. Gender differentiated researchtrends in Work Family Conflict should be considered.
