The current grassroots administrative reform in Hang Bot Ward, Dong Da District, Hanoi - a survey result of sociology

Abstract

      Administrative reform is the process of making the state administrative apparatus conform to the requirements of socioeconomicdevelopment, reforming the political system and reforming the state administrative apparatus. It is intended to makefundamental changes that bring new values, mechanisms and management to the state administrative system to enhance theefficiency and effectiveness of state management.

The research results can help us to see the benefits of administrative reform at the grassroots level and to add importantinformation to improve, promote and continue the administrative reform. Collect the contributions and feedback from people as wellas the staffs who carry out the administration, management and implementation of issues related to administrative procedures toclarify the achieved aspects and the limited ones. This article is a case study of grassroots level administrative reform in Hang BotWard, Dong Da District, Hanoi.
