Abstract

Propaganda has a very important position and role in the Party’s grassroots organization. During the term 2015 - 2020, with the prompt attention of the Party Committee of Hanoi universities and colleges and the determination, leadership immediately after the 22^nd Congress of the University’s Party Committee, the advisory work of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of Trade Union University  has achieved certain results.
