The leadership role of the party branch inthe linkages between Accounting Department of Trade Union University with enterprises

Abstract

    In the context of the ongoing world industrial revolution 4.0, the core element of building a university education system is that training is associated with practical requirements, training meets better, needs of the society. Developing a training model that links educational institutions with enterprises is considered an important requirement. The party branch of Accounting Department plays an important role in leading the activities of the Department in accordance with the educational and training objectives of Trade Union University as well as the orientation to build the Accounting Department constantly growing and stablely developing. The research will analyze the results achieved in implementing this linkage model of Accounting Department over time, as well as the directions of the party branch in solutions to strengthen the link between the faculty and businesses in accounting training in the period of 2020-2022.
