Status of postgraduate master and Ph.D Program admission and education at Trade Union University

Abstract

    The Trade Union University has implemented the enrollment of masters and doctoral degrees over the past 10 years and has had 10 master training courses, one graduate student has completed the oral examination for Ph.D thesis. Enrollment work has gone throught many changes, this can be attributed to changes in socio-economic life leading to changes in learning behavior, decision to learn higher degree which subsequently lead to a decline in the number of learners enrolled. In addition, the variety of courses between universities, especially between public institutions and private institutions, is competing to the over-limited pool of potential candidates. In fact, postgraduate enrollment rates at public training institutions are declining every year.
