Implemetation of the grassropriate democracy at Trade Union University

Abstract

     Democracy and its implementation are the needs, goals, motivations, and good nature of the socialist regime that the Party, State, Uncle Ho and people strive to build. Over the years, the Party and State have promulgated many legal documents on democracy and democracy implementation as a scientific basis for agencies and units to organize and implement. Trade Union University has had remarkable results in building and implementing a democratic environment, but there is still a certain existence. From there, the author proposes some solutions to continue implementing democracy effectively at Trade Union University.
