Some solutions for enhancing dialogue skills for Human Resource Management students at the Trade Union University

Abstract

    In today's environment, communication skills are a very important skill in most areas of life, especially in study and work environments. For students, mastering conversational skills is more important than ever. The following article focuses on researching communication skills for students majoring in Human Resource Management when participating in a Dialogue Conference between the Principal and students. Research to systematize the general theory of dialogue skills for students in higher education institutions according to the process of organizing dialogues and assessing the situation by surveying more than 400 students of the whole industry from QN11 to QN15, thereby assessing the current situation and proposing solutions to improve dialogue skills for students of Human Resource Management at Trade Union University.
