KẾT QUẢ NGHIÊN CỨU ẢNH HƯỞNG CỦA MẬT ĐỘ ĐẾN SINH TRƯỞNG, PHÁT TRIỂN VÀ NĂNG SUẤT SACHI (PLUKENETIA VOLUBILIS L.) TẠI HUYỆN THƯỜNG XUÂN, TỈNH THANH HÓA
Abstract
Research on the effects of density on growth, development and yield of Sachi was conducted in the 2021 in summer- autumn in Thuong Xuan district - Thanh Hoa provice. The experiment includes 5 densities: Formula 1: Density 1,666 plants/ha, Formula 2: Density 2,222 plants/ha, Formula 3: Density 2,500 plants/ha, Formula 4: Density 3,333 plants/ha, Formula 5: Density of 3,500 plants/ha. According to randomized complete block (RCB) method, 3 replications, plot area of 60 square meters. The sowing date was on the 6th of July, 2021 and the transplanting date was on 15th of August, 2021, when plants reach 40 days and 8.6 leaves. Research results show that: Formula 2 (density 2,222 plants/ha) has the highest number of branches (24.5 primary branch and 29.9 secondary branch); The time from sowing seeds to harvesting the first time is 252 days; The time from sowing seeds to harvesting the 4th time is 650 days. At the same time, the level of infection with harmful pests is the lowest. The actual yield of seeds collected after 4th time for harvesting was highest (5.31 tons of seeds/ha) higher than other formulas in the experiment at a statistically significant probability level with LSD0.05 = 0.29 tons/ha.
