The elements of transformational leadership style impact on loyalty through employee satisfaction at real estate companies in Ho Chi Minh City
Abstract
“The elements of transformational leadership style impact on loyalty through employee satisfaction at real estate companies in Ho Chi Minh City” is a research project conducted at businesses operating in the field of real estate investment and business in Ho Chi Minh City with the aim of helping leaders have a basis to recognize, evaluate and improve their leadership style, thereby contributing to enhancing employees’ satisfaction as well as their loyalty to the organization, taking that as the foundation to build an elite, stable and productive team. The study surveyed and consulted 400 employees currently working at real estate companies in Ho Chi Minh City by non-probability convenience sampling method; then, carried out the steps of testing, evaluation, and quantitative analysis using SPSS 25 and AMOS 24 software. The results of the study determined that four out of five factors belonging to transformational leadership style have a direct positive impact on satisfaction and indirectly on loyalty through employee satisfaction, level of the effects from the strongest to the weakest according to the coefficient βeta are: “inspirational motivation”, “intellectual stimulation”, “idealized influence (attributes)” and “idealized influence (behaviors)”.
