Abstract

This study aims to explore and measure the factors affecting the employee creativity of enterprises in Can Tho city using the theoretical model of Amabile (1996). A total of 265 research samples were collected from enterprises in Can Tho city from August 2021 to February 2022. The author uses the Cronbach's Alpha method and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to test the model's discriminant and convergent value and the correlation and multicollinearity of the model by Pearson's coefficient. Research results found that creative cognitive style, self-efficacy in work, creative self-efficacy, organizational support, and intrinsic motivation positively affect employee creativity of enterprises in Can Tho City.
