Abstract
The analytic expressions of the Helmholtz free energy, the cohesive energy, alloy parameters, mean nearest neighbor distance and thermodynamic quantities such as the thermal
expansion coefficient, the isothermal and adiabatic compresibilities, the isothermal and adiabatic elastic modulus, the energy, the entropy, the heat capacities at constant-volume and at constant-pressure, the Gruneisen parameter for interstitial alloy AB with the B2 structure under pressure are derived using the statistical moment method. In limit cases when the concentration of interstitial atoms is equal to zero, the thermodynamic theory is appropriate for the main metal A.
