Some ways of narrative organization in the Vietnamese traumatic proses after 1975

Abstract

The article sheds lights on some ways of narrative organization in the Vietnamese traumatic proses after 1975, in regard to aspects such as languages, structure, and emotional impact. Through analysis of unique characteristics in many outstanding literary works of the post-war period, the article illuminates the following aspects: trauma is not only manifested in the psychological and mental signs of the character, it also coordinates the transformation of the internal structure of the text, challenges the expressive ability of the language, interferes with the order in thinking, and distorts the writing style. These studies play a critical role in identifying the traces of traumatic writing in Vietnamese proses.
