The importance of specialized English in the training program of tour guides for Thanh Hoa tourism

Abstract

Not only is important to the promotion and attractiveness of international tourists, the quality of the training program of specialized English for tour guides but also contributes to the development of local tourism and promotes the reputation of the training institution. Surveys and sociological investigations are included in the paper to clarify the current situation of tour guides’ usage of specialized English in professional tourism activities in Thanh Hoa. Therefore, some appropriate solutions based on the perspective of state management and training activities are proposed to improve the quality of the training program of specialized English for tour guides in Thanh Hoa.
