Selection of routing and types of regulate structures for free-water intake along the Day river, Nhue river and To Lich river

Abstract

     Today, the Nhue and Day River is dry out while To Lich River is badly polluted. They are extremely problems poses with leaders of Hanoi. It is difficult, urgent and nessary to restore the nature values for these rivers. However, the most feasible methods at present is creating a continuous water supply to the Day and Nhue River, and treating polluted water forTo Lich River at the same time.This article presents the results of analysis about alternative routing and types of regulate structures that proposed to get water into the Day, Nhue and To Lich River.
