Abstract

    The CuaDat project in ThanhHoa was started on February 02, 2004, with the diversion schemes built from 2005 to 2009, and inaugurated on November 27, 2010. Many successes and lessons were achieved during the construction process. The report discusses the major points while summarizing the diversion works
