Developing norm for estimated cost regarding breakwater reinforcement using ground anchor method, Consolid additive and additive to prevent erosion on the protection side of the roof

Abstract

    The system of  breakwater in Vietnam is at risk from the effect of storms. The core program of science and technology at state level, Science and technology And Technology for preventing natural catastrophy and preserving environment and Consuming natural resources logically, coded KC08/11-15, has been researched successfully into new techonology to reinforce breakwater using ground anchor method, Consolid additive and additive to prevent erosion on the protection side of the roof. The result of the research has been applied efficiently to the Co Vay break water scale in Nam Dinh province. The author researches into developing norm for estimated cost in order to provide a basis for construction management and determining construction unit price and pricing of new technology. Hence, these methods assists in management of construction cost when this new techonology applies for the protection of breakwater roof in Vietnam
