To assess the effects the new bridges to flood diversion capacity of Red river at Hanoi section

Abstract

     This paper analysed calculating results of changes of flood water level on the Red river at Hanoi section in case there are new bridges (Thanh Tri, Vinh Tuy, Nhat Tan). These assessment will be answer the present questions if new bridges can effect flood diversion capacity and what is the level of effect ?
