Effects of floods and flash floods to some works traffic in the Central coastal region

Abstract

    Vietnam is a country in the tropical low pressure area, there are many natural disasters unusual such as flood, storms. In recent years, the central coastal region is where storms and tropical low pressure are landing more than in the country. Storms and tropical low pressure usually follow heavy rains, concentration, causing inundations. It has caused much damge of property and human lives, including rural works traffic.

    In this report, the author statistics some damage of rural works traffic in the central coastal region of Vietnam, analyze the cause overview as well as preliminary studies to minimizing solutions of damage that are caused by flood.
