Study the simulation of the risk of spreading oil stain at the oil spill incident on the sea area of Phu Quoc

Abstract

     Currently, the sea pollution by oil is one of the most serious problems of marine environment pollution that are attracted the international community. Oil pollution problems on the China Sea in general and oil pollution on the sea are of Vietnam particularly are the same status. According to statistics, sea of Phu Quoc area from 1993 to the present occurred on 8 spill with oil capacity estimated at 2.520 tons, causing damage of more than 7 million USD. Nowaday, the identification of exact position of oil spill as well as the recover of this issue are limited in Viet Nam.The article presents results of research the oil spill on the sea of Phu Quoc and from which the initial assessment of scope, the sphere of the influence of the oil spill stain with a specific oil spill.
