Some recommendations on step -based weir hydraulic structures for constructive flow discharge

Abstract

     Construction work of hydraulic structures for various water resources and hydropower projects are requiring long time of constructive flow discharge i.e. some to three years. In flooding period, constructive flow discharge through sluice or tunnel structures will demand a large invested budget. Thus, in dealing with problem, in some countries, constructive flow discharge by incomplete stepbased weir has been researched and applied into construction phase. This paper intends to present some recommendation on subject of incomplete step-based weir with laid-down steel-galvanized rock gabion.
