The development of bio-fuel in Vietnam

Abstract

    The development of bio-fuel as a partial substitution for the increasingly overexploited source of petrol with higher price and as a measure of limiting the toxic exhaust gas emmissed into the living environment, saving strong currences and ensuring national power security, has been paid attention to and implemented in different countries. In Vietnam, the project proposal of developing bio-fuel implemented by the National Council of scientific policy and technology was proved by the Government according to Decision Number 177/2007. For the implementing of the project proposal, many things should be done and this is the main content of this article.
