     To create fairness and transparency, ensuring competitive in the field of construction, issues research and complete construction bidding work should be concerned to create the appropriate period integration of globalization today.. The article studies the bidding process for construction and installation of water is present, based on the actual situation, analysis of experience, compared with the bidding process of the countries and organizations around the world, the article offers some suggested to improve the work of bidding in Vietnam
