Some measures to improve the water supply capacity of Nam Thanh irrigation system, Hai Duong province

Abstract

      Nam Thanh system as well as many other irrigation systems in the Northern tidal area was built a long time, has now been downgraded, does not meet the requirements of water for agricultural production especially during the peak irrigation period. Therefore, have to assess correctly the current state of the system and propose solutions to improve water supply capacity of the system, contributing to the development of agricultural production and gradually improve people's lives. For this purpose, this article presents the calculation results to assess the water supply status and measures to improve water supply capacity of the Nam Thanh system (Hai Duong Province).
