The base for comparing and choosing the detailed plan of the construction site during the process of hydro-power projects

Abstract

    The detailed plan of construction site (MBCTXD) is a system including main parts and additional parts, the latter used to support to execute the work. It also aims to meet the demand for the process of construction, create products which are hydro-power projects such as weirs, hydroelectric mills, offtakes, flood discharge, etc. The fact have shown that MBCTXD influences significantly on the progress of construction, quality, safety and cost as well. In reality, the design of MBCTXD of hydro-power projects depends mainly on the traditional methods which focus on drafting projects, not pays attention to do research on choosing an appropriate plan. In addition, examiners have not had scientific basic to evaluate to make the best decision yet. The content of this article proposes some targets which are the base for comparing and choosing the detailed plan of the construction site during the process of hydro-power projects.
