Abstract

     Damages of sea protection constructions are matters which have been interested in by designers and users. The solution is how to minimize damages, ensure at the level of permission, there is no big impact to operation of the construction and also how to prevent damages which caused by lack of knowledge and insufficiency in designing, constructing and also maintenance while using it. As preventing damages completely for sea protection works is utopians, this is a kind of construction which has danger to face high risk.
