Certain matters concerning urban development in Mekong Delta relative to climate change

Abstract

    Towns and cities in the Mekong Delta are on low wet land they are towns and cities of rivers and water, ecological cities. The cities are adapted to the nature so natural elemens are inlimited status. A change can break the balance, influencing development and existence of the delta. Urban development to respond to climate change, guaranteeing stable development ,foods security , that is important matter of the Mekong Delta. This report proposes certain matters concerning urban development in Mekong Delta in facing climate change.
