How can we actively use the water resources in the Mekong Delta?

Abstract

    Water is one of the most especially important resources after the human resource and is an essential component of life. It decide the existence and sustainable development of the country. Mekong Delta is located in the downstream of the Mekong river and is an important economic region of our country. Thus, it is significant to find ways to adapt the new situation of the water resources when there are changes both in the upstream and the downstream side. The article points out some issues in the irrigation of the Mekong Delta which is needed to concentrate in the future.
