The proposal of the suitable banking up rate of the homogeneous soil dam with high moisture in the Northern Central Region of Vietnam

Abstract

    The author has analyzed the results of the experiment, calculated and elected the rate and the method of banking up dams in the area of Northern Central Coast of Vietnam and proposed the degree of compaction selection for sticky soil. Simultaneously, the author has proposed the methodology for the calculation of the suitable banking up rate and has applied it to verify the safety of the Da Han dam construction."
