Research on consumption solutions for calculating irrigation system An Kim Hai , Hai Phong in condition in climate change of the sea level rises

Abstract

      At present, the calculation and prediction of flooding situation of irrigation systems is very popular and has shown clear advantagesthe application of the hydrodynamic model MIKE11 for calculating irrigation and predicting flood in water distribution system has been becoming prevalent and effectively. By using boundaries with frequency of 10% of An Kim Hai irrigation system (Hai Phong) for simulation of real condition, the reasons causing flooding in different channel segments are shown. Therefore, the author indicates necessary structural methods to upgrade this system. Besides, the scenarios of sea level rises of 13cm and 25 cm in the years of 2030 and 2050, according to the RCP 8.5 scenario applied to the Mong Cai - Hon Dau area marked by Ministry of Water Resources and Environment are taken as the input data of MIKE 11 model in order to simulate flood propagation in An Kim Hai system. The hydraulic results contribute to provide essential works for this system in the future.
