CURREN CONDITION OF TEACHING POPULAR LANGUAGES (VIETNAMESE) FOR PUPILS FROM ETHNIC MINORITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF YEN BAI
Abstract
Currently, the high schools can teach popular languages (Vietnamese) for pupils from ethnic minorities (EM) is starting primary school. While a small part of the minority pupils at high schools that do not know or know a little Vietnamese. It’s difficult for pupils to learn and cquire knowledge at high schools. In this article, we analyze this case about popular languages situated education for ethnic minority pupils in Yen Bai province will raise a few comments about the results of popular languages education for minority pupils have beencurried in Yen Bai province.
