Comparing the features of adverbs indicating completely finishing such as 好,完,成 in modern Chinese
Abstract
Serving as resultative complements, "好", "完" , "成" have the similar meaning of "finished". They are used frequently and sometimes could be used alternatively. But they have some identical differences on semantic, syntactic, and pragmatic plane. Clarifying the differences between them would help Chinese language leamers to be better at understanding and using the three lesultative complements "好", "完" , "成".
