Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim of providing a model of high-quality
human resource relationship and business performance: The case of small and mediumsized enterprises in the Mekong Delta. The study identifies five factors and provides a
model synthesized from relevant research reviews, including: Recruitment and selection of
personnel, Training and career development, Remuneration policy, Environment Work,
Innovation of workers. After discussing with leaders, managers and experts to adjust the
suitability of high-quality human resource relationships to business results.
