POLYBROM DIPHENYL ETE TRONG MẪU BỤI NHÀ TẠI KHU VỰC HÀ NỘI: PHÂN TÍCH VÀ ĐÁNH GIÁ
Tóm tắt
Brominated flame retardants (BFRs) were examined in house dust from the urban areas of Ha Noi capital. The concentrations of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) were in the range of 33,46 - 4251,79 ng/g. The presence of BDE-203, as well as the BDE-196 to BDE-1977 and the nona-BDEs to deca-BDE ratios in the dust samples from the studied areas were probably indicative of environmental
degradation of deca-BDE. The estimated daily intakes (EDIs) of average adult via house dust ranged from 2,0.10-9 to 2,09. 10-7 for BDE-209 and from 8,0.10-9 to 9,72.10-7 mg.kg.b/w.day for 10 PBDEs.
Assessment of the risk of non-cancer diseases with neurobehavioral effects and of cancer with neurobehavioral effects in home was notably below threshold values (non-cancer: 1,00 and cancer: 1,00.10–6). In conclusion, people had no harmful effects in the currently existing levels of indoor dust PBDEs in home.
