BUILDING A CHATBOT SYSTEM SUPPORT TOURIST CONSULTANCY AT QUANG BINH BY USING RASA OPEN SOURCE

Abstract

Applications of machine learning and artificial intelligence have been used in many areas of social life and proven their effectiveness. Chatbot systems acting as support staff and consultants in the field of human assistance have grown strongly in recent years. In this paper, we present some results of building a chatbot system to support tourism information consultancy for Quang Binh province. Rasa open source used to build the chatbot system. Experiments on data of two topics hotel and restaurant booking proved the effectiveness of the system in consulting the information for tourists.
