CALCULATION OF CYCLOTRON RESONANCE ABSORNANCE ABSORPTION POWER IN PARABOLIC QUANTUM WELLS BY USING THE STATE - INDEPENDENT PROJECTION TECHNIQUE

Abstract

Cyclotron Resonance Absorption Power in parabolic quantum wells has been theorecally calculated. In the article the sample is subjected by a constant magnetic field and a variable electric field with high frequency. The calculation method  in this paper is the State - Independent Projection Technique. The obtained results showed the physical characteristics of studying semiconductor sample.
