RESEARCH ON APPLICATION OF SOLAR ENERGY DRYER

Abstract

Energy and use of energy problems are great concern of all nations. Solar energy is a clean energy source and is considered as one of the main energy source in the future. Thus the study of improving the efficiency of using solar drying equipment and deployed them to practical application is a problem of taking time. Currently, the country and the world have research and manufacturing many kinds of solar dryers. However, due to characteristics of the Solar energy is only available when the sun should heat the dried product is not stable and continuous deployment of solar dryers in fact very limited. This paper gives results of experimental research and development of solar dryers have heat storage in the use of certain types of dried seafood.
