Abstract

. “Rú lín wài shǐ'', is an overall picture about artists in the end of Thanh Dynasty, which was drawn by the wholehearted literary artist. In this work, the author has cleverly arranged and integrated the color of the life into the painting that gives readers a realistic view about a society with high emphasis on fame and money or social unrest and political turmoil.  The scope of this article focus on the tone in novel "Rú lín wài shǐ" of Wu Jing Zi, thereby readers may see unique and special on his artistic style.
