APPLICATION THOUGHTS ON ISSUES OF HO CHI MINH GENDER EQUALITY IN THE PERIOD PROMOTEDCHEMICAL INDUSTRY, MODERNIZATION OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract

President Ho Chi Minh is not only a national hero but also embodies the lofty humanis. In the great love for the people and humanity , he gave his  special feelings for women in Viet Nam. Understanding the characteristics of onental society which “respect men, despite women, having a immense care and  interest in women and the emancipation of women is considered as a cross – cutting ideas of Ho Chi Minh.

He always asserted dominance, the power of women Viet Nam and equal rights in all aspects of women in the new regime. Nowadays, the innovation of our country are going into depth. It requires the joy and warmth of all the people of Viet Nam, in which the female workforce. Moreover, the level of gender equality are also indicators of a civilized society. Research in Ho Chi Minh thoughts on gender equality will contribute to raise more discussions of some problems in policy and policies to promote the strength of more than 45 million women in Viet Nam in the trend of industrialization and modernization of the country.
