Preparation and investigation on sublimation ability of some complexes between rare earth elements and carboxylic acids.
Abstract
Some complexes between rare-earth elements and isopentanoic acid Ln(Isp)3, 2-metylbutyric acid Ln(2-Meb)3 and pivaloic acid Ln(Piv)3 (Ln: Sm, Gd, Ho, Yb; lsp: isopentanoat; 2-Meb: 2-metylbutyrat; Piv: pivaloat) were synthesized and their sublimation ability have heen studied. The obtained results show that pivaloates evaporate comparatively well, whereas the sublimation of isopentanoates and 2-metylbutyrates are low.
